Blender MCP Gallery — See What AI Can Create in 3D

“Can anyone get good results?” That’s the question on Reddit  and forums whenever Blender MCP comes up. The answer is yes — and this gallery proves it. Every example below comes from real prompts people have run against the Blender MCP project . No hand-coded Python, no complex setup. Just natural language.

All examples use the open-source Blender MCP. See our Claude setup guide to get started in under 10 minutes.

Scene Composition

Dungeon Scene with Dragon

Prompt: “Create a low poly dungeon scene with a dragon guarding gold”

One of the most viral demos. You describe the scene; the AI builds it. The dragon, the treasure, the dungeon environment — all from a single sentence. Ideal for concept art, game mockups, and quick world-building.

Tips: Be specific about art style (low poly, stylized, realistic). Mention lighting if it matters. The AI will create primitives, apply basic materials, and arrange objects.

Beach Environment

Prompt: “Create a beach vibe using HDRIs and models from Poly Haven”

Blender MCP integrates with Poly Haven  — free HDRIs, textures, and 3D models. This prompt pulls in realistic sky lighting, sand textures, rocks, and vegetation to create a full beach environment.

Tips: Enable the Poly Haven checkbox in the Blender MCP sidebar before connecting. Specify mood (“beach vibe,” “sunset,” “overcast”). The AI will search and download assets automatically.

Object Creation

Furniture, Vehicles, Characters

Blender MCP can create primitives, extrude shapes, and combine geometry. For furniture: cubes, cylinders, and basic subdivisions. For vehicles: blocky forms you can refine. For characters: simple humanoid shapes or stylized figures.

Example prompts:

  • “Create a sphere and place it above the cube”
  • “Make this car red and metallic”
  • “Add a bookshelf with five shelves”

Tips: Start simple. Ask for one object at a time, then iterate. For complex assets, consider combining Blender MCP with Sketchfab  — the MCP can search and download models.

Material & Lighting

Studio Lighting

Prompt: “Make the lighting like a studio”

The AI will add a three-point setup, key light, fill, and rim. Adjustable intensity, position, and color.

Tips: Pair with “Point the camera at the scene, and make it isometric” for a clean product-style shot.

Metallic Effects

Prompt: “Make this car red and metallic”

Materials are applied via the MCP — base color, metallic, roughness. You can request PBR-style materials for realism.

Asset Integration

Poly Haven HDRIs

Poly Haven provides free HDRIs for environment lighting. Blender MCP can fetch and apply them by name or description. Examples: “sunny outdoor,” “studio,” “dusk.”

Sketchfab Models

Blender MCP 1.5.5+ supports search and download from Sketchfab. Ask for specific objects — “a medieval sword”, “a potted plant” — and the AI finds and imports them.

AI Model Generation (Hyper3D Rodin)

Prompt: “Generate a 3D model of a garden gnome through Hyper3D”

Hyper3D Rodin  turns text or images into 3D meshes. Blender MCP integrates this — you describe what you want, and a 3D model is generated and imported into Blender. Great for props, characters, and custom assets.

Tips: Hyper3D has a free trial with a daily limit. For heavy use, get your own key from hyper3d.ai or fal.ai.

Reference Image to Scene

Prompt: Give a reference image, and create a Blender scene from it

Upload or paste an image. The AI analyzes it and recreates the scene in Blender — objects, layout, approximate colors. Useful for concept art, mood boards, and quick blocking.

Three.js Export

Prompt: “Get info about the current scene, and make a Three.js sketch from it”

Claude reads your existing Blender scene and generates a corresponding Three.js webpage. Useful for web-based 3D previews and interactive prototypes.
